We’re looking for our future leaders. The next generation who are innovative, people focused and think outside the box. Graduates with a passion for logistics, and ambitious learners who want to develop and grow.

What to expect:

Our programmes have been designed to build on and expand your potential. Your placements could be anywhere in the UK and you’ll have roles such as Transport Shift Manager, Warehouse Team Leader and Operations Manager.

Logistics Programme

(two years)

Features three eight-month placements in different locations across our UK network. For candidates based in the UK, or eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

  • £28,000 per annum, rising to £29,000 after 12 months
  • Investment in professional qualifications such as your CPC
  • A guaranteed job after finishing the programme
  • Hands on Leadership and Management experience and exposure on each placement
  • 25 days annual leave
  • A senior mentor to support your career development
